This Privacy Policy explains how Peachi ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, shares, and safeguards personal information when you visit peachi.app or use our applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
Peachi is the controller for most processing described herein. Certain vendors act as processors to Peachi for specific activities, e.g., email delivery (Resend), payments (Stripe), SMS (Twilio), analytics (Google Analytics, PostHog), AI inference (OpenAI, OpenRouter), and hosting/logs (Vercel). We collect information directly from you, automatically from your devices, and from service providers acting on our behalf (payments, email, analytics, AI processing, hosting).
Contract: create/manage your account; provide core features; process per‑use charges; provide support.
Legitimate Interests: product analytics/improvement (Google Analytics, PostHog with privacy controls), fraud prevention, security, debugging, and continuity.
Consent: marketing emails/SMS (where required); analytics cookies in jurisdictions requiring opt‑in; optional features.
Legal Obligations: tax, accounting, regulatory compliance; responding to lawful requests.
When you use AI features, your inputs (and necessary metadata) are sent to OpenAI and/or OpenRouter to generate outputs. We apply contractual and technical safeguards; however, those providers process data under their own policies. Do not include sensitive or confidential information in prompts unless strictly necessary.
Where required, we maintain Data Processing Agreements and require processors to protect personal information.
Your data may be processed in the United States or other countries. For EEA/UK/Swiss transfers, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and complementary safeguards where applicable.
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Illustrative periods: account data (life of account + up to 24 months); transaction records (up to 7 years for tax/audit); server logs (up to 12 months unless needed longer for security/debugging).
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to risk (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls, least‑privilege, monitoring). No system is 100% secure.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to certain processing (including where based on legitimate interests). California residents may request to know (categories/specific pieces), delete, correct, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" (cross‑context behavioral advertising). Peachi does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross‑context behavioral advertising. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where applicable.
Submit requests at support@peachi.app or via in‑product privacy controls when available. We will verify your request and respond per applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
We use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, security, analytics (Google Analytics, PostHog), and performance. In the EEA/UK, non‑essential cookies are set only with your consent. You can change preferences anytime via a Cookie Settings control (link/button in the UI). Most browsers also offer cookie controls and Do‑Not‑Track. We honor GPC where applicable.
The Service is intended for individuals 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Effective date" and, where required, additional notice.
